At Alen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
